As modules are delivered higher levels of robustness are achieved in the management system and higher levels of robust reporting and decision making are available from
the data and analysis produced.

Organisational Robustness Analysis Delivery
Delivery of Organisational Robustness Analysis follows the implementation process outline above. As an example of delivery, the first module –
Organisational Chart is outline below.
Module 1 Organisational Chart
The Organisational Chart is one of the key central documents and concepts to the running of any organisation regardless of its size. It incorporates all the job
titles of the organisation, the personnel within the job titles, reporting chains within the organisation and business areas or business units within the organisation.
Organisational charts can be a combination of all these items.
The organisational chart can be used to gap audit against other business elements such as job descriptions, resources (roles) assigned to processes, reporting escalation
and cascade, cross referencing strategy and policy at different levels in the organisation.
- Readiness
- Locate Organisational Chart in the Management System
- Locate processes for update of Organisational Chart
- Locate list of Personnel and their job descriptions
- Locate all other data in related business elements
- Alignment of Data
- Ensure network folder structure is set up
- Documents
- Organisation Chart – Source
- Organisation Chart – Report
- Registers
- Document Register (1 record at this stage – organisational chart)
- Collect information for module element
- Information in this element is held in the job titles of the organisation, the reporting chains of the organisation including the business areas in the
reporting chain and the personnel that hold job titles. The number of job titles in the organisational chart should match the number of active job
descriptions. The link to job descriptions from the organisational chart is the job title. Auditing the job descriptions against job titles in the
organisational chart and vice versa will reveal gaps in missing job titles, missing job descriptions and conversely redundant job descriptions and
redundant job titles.
