FMEA Failure Modes Effects Analysis training teaches a disciplined method to organize potential failure modes and their effects in products and process and to establish associated resolution actions. FMEA is a primary tool to identify and prevent potential problems during conceptualisation and design of product or processes. Preventing problems will result in: faster time to market, greater factory throughput, higher customer satisfaction, and reduced product campaigns.

FMEA Criticality Matrix
